the normal IWO only have bluetooth connection, the iwo 1,2,5,6,7 can only update by cable, the wmswatch can updated by wifi. the detail procedures please refer to below links.

    Hi,

    I have installed the driver and flash tool on Windows 10 64bits in compatibiliy mode. Unfortunately after doing all steps described on the firmware update manual, when I press download it stucks on 0% and nothing happens any more, no update is done.

    Is there any workaround for this?

    BTW, is there any way to install more apps?

    I recently purchased one of these watches. Works great with my iPhone 6s Plus. However, how do I check to see if I should update the firmware? I’m not sure what firmware I’m on or even if there is a benefit to updating the firmware to the latest version.

    i have problem with my iwo watch 1:1. when i install app and connect it with my phone, screen goes blinking. light goes on and off. i cannot enter in menu and even i cannot shut it down. so the screen keep blinking until battery empty.

      you don’t need to update this version excerpt there is something wrong with your watch, because your version is new than that, if there is anything new, we will release here, please randomly take a look, thanks.

        Older firmware same result. Is there a combination of pushing the buttons to active the Touch Screen?

        Hello Admin,

        When I received the watch last week, the UV app was missing. I found a firmware with the UV app, but the touchscreen became unresponsive. So i tried to flash the original (W300GG_02C_WATCH_INT_UV_02_160218) firmware back. That’s why I asked “Where to find the latest firmware?”, because I only found W300GG_02C_WATCH_INT_01_151014.

        Can you please tell me where to find the latest firmware or at least “W300GG_02C_WATCH_INT_UV_02_160218”?
        Or at least tell me how to get the touchscreen responsive again. Is it a combination of button’s to press?

        Can new clock faces be added to the watch? I just recently bought wine and it only has the four watch faces but I’ve seen other videos were people have up to 12 watch faces.

      the W300GG_02C_WATCH_INT_UV_02_160218 is no different with the function.(only a hide logo feature), so that is not the different, we have uploaded a new firmware, please take a try ,thanks.

    Mi IWO version 1 asks me a password, without any reason.

    It’s still connected to iPhone
    Phone calls are ok, messages arrive regularly, but I can’t enter in watch menu.

    How can I solve this problem without installing new firmware?
    I tried to reset to factory settings keeping pressed the button for a long time but… probably it’s the wrong way.
